Elese is a singer/songwriter from Coventry, Rhode Island. As far as her music experience goes, she's done a little bit of everything but has really found her love in singing and expressing herself through her lyrics.

In elementary school Elese was singled out to record the alto portion of a "practice tape" for the chorus. She took voice lessons for a year and, when she got into Middle School she made it into a few talent shows. She also auditioned and ranked 6th in the state for the Allstate Chorus. In High School Elese continued auditioning for talent shows, but backed out of the rigid performance guildlines of the chorus program. After graduation she kept up on her singing outside of school. She attempted to form a band which never ended up working out due to lack of a drummer, and she also auditioned for a few bands, but one lost their guitarist and the other fell back to their previous singer. Frustrated she continued to push ahead looking for other musical opportunities.

In leu of all her hard luck in finding the right musical fit, she took it upon herself to learn guitar. Her weapon of choice is an Ovation Applause. It's with this she wrote and recorded her Drying Blue.

In 2007 Elese's luck in finding bandmates would change when a Myspace ad she placed was answered. It was this ad that brought her to where she is today, in For the Love of Sloane. Her life experiences help in being a driving force in the lyrics behind the Sloane songs, and she couldn't be happier having the bandmates she does putting the music to them.
